A Clarksville man is headed to federal prison on gun charges, according to KIMT. 35 year old Michael Limkemann pleaded guilty to illegal possession of a firearm as a felon and a drug user back in September. He admitted to possessing a .22 caliber rifle while being a user of methamphetamine and marijuana. Evidence also showed that he gave the rifle to another drug user. He was sentenced to three years in prison followed by another three years of supervised release. There is no parole in the federal prison system. Limkemann has previous drug convictions in Butler and Black Hawk counties.
