The Clarksville Community School District announced the death of a teacher on its social media yesterday. The District said:
Clarksville Community School District is sad to report that we have confirmed the death of our K-12 Art Teacher, Mr. Michael Wilson. Mr. Wilson died over the weekend due to cardiac arrest. Mr. Wilson was a valued member of our Clarksville family. He will be remembered for his friendly demeanor, passion for art and the meaningful relationships that he developed with staff and students. Funeral arrangements are not available at this time. School counselors and community mental health representatives are available to any student or staff member who needs support.
