The Clarksville Police have arrested a man wanted in Arizona. Police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle operating on the wrong side of a two lane highway on Tuesday. During the stop, the passenger of the vehicle, 28 year old Ray Mathews of Dumont, was discovered to have a warrant for his arrest out of Arizona. The warrant was for a parole violation. Mathews was arrested and is awaiting extradition back to Arizona. It is unclear if the driver of the vehicle faces and citations from traffic stop.
