A Dumont man has lost his license after he was found to be driving under the influence of alcohol and another drug in Clarksville. Police received a 911 call about an erratic driver on Tuesday. They found that the driver, 35 year old Chad Parton, was driving while barred. He was also then issued the OWI and taken to the Butler County Jail.
