The Waverly Health Center is in the middle of a building and remodeling project.
Fundraising is in an important part of the financing for the project. Waverly Health Center Foundation Director Emily Neuendorf says fundraising is currently on pause.
Although the health center is owned by the community, tax payer money will not be used to fund the project.
