Highway 3 between east Waverly city limits and Highway 63 is down to one lane at times and pilot cars and flaggers are in use. According to the DOT website, it looks like it is going to remain this way at times until November 10th. If you travel this portion of Highway 3, please be prepared for delays or avoid this area.
