According to KWWL the Waterloo City Council has upheld a decision by animal control officers that a pit bull that bit three people is a vicious dog. The dog will be put down.
The 5-year-old pit bull is named Simon and is owned by Carrie and Brian Moschke.
All three victims were neighbors of the Moschke family on Oakwood Drive. Two were children, and one was a 78-year-old man. None of the victims wanted to issue a citation against the Moschkes.
