A Waterloo couple was arrested late last week for allegedly sexually abusing a girl, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 40 year old Wesley Widner and 29 year old Jay Widner have both been charged with second degree Sexual Abuse. Court records say that Wesley allowed an 8 year old girl to climb on him and touch him while he was naked. Jay reported the incident to the Iowa Department of Human Services saying that she was fine with it at the time but that he had done a number of questionable things since then. Jay is also awaiting trial for allegedly striking a 7 year old girl in the face and threatening to kill her.
