According to the new coronavirus numbers released by the state Sunday, 131,288 Iowans have been tested with 17,434 testing positive. Of those testing positive 9,339 have now recovered. 456 people have died from the virus in the state. Locally Bremer County officially has 67 cases but 54 of them have recoverd. Butler County has 15 cases but 12 have recovered. Floyd County has 18 cases with 9 recovered. Chickasaw has 8 and all but 1 have recovered. Fayette has had 26 cases, all but one there have recovered as well. Buchanan has seen 32 cases, 23 of those have recovered. Black Hawk County is reporting 1,910 positive tests, serology tests, and symptomatic close contacts of cases. They have also had 38 deaths.
