Two people were sent to the hospital after a crash in Waterloo Tuesday morning, according to KWWL. Around 6:30am a vehicle was traveling eastbound on Walnut Street, as it entered the intersection of East 6th Street with a green light, it was struck by another vehicle. One driver was taken to Allen Hospital by Waterloo Fire. A passenger in the other car was taken to the hospital by private vehicle. Their injuries are not thought to be life threatening. The names of those involved will be released at a later date.
