CUNA Mutual Group has a new name. TruStage, which the company has been using for some of its products for a number of years, is the new brand name under which the company will now operate, according to CU Today. The company announced plans to rebrand in the middle of 2022. The name change comes as the nationwide company deals with a worker’s strike. Members of the Office and Professional Employees International Union Local 39 went on strike in Madison, Wisconsin on Friday in protest of the company’s refusal to bargain in good faith. The workers are asking for increases in pay, better benefits, and a say over how union workers who retire or quit are replaced. It is unclear if those issues extend to the Waverly location of the company.
