A Waterloo daycare worker has been arrested after allegedly grabbing, pushing, and pinning down a three year old, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 38 year old Jenilee Schnell of Cedar Falls has been charged with one count of misdemeanor child endangerment. Video from Tri County Head Start from November shows Schnell grabbing, pushing, and holding the three year old child to the ground several times over a five minute period. The video also appears to show Schnell lying on top of the child with her forearm on the back of the child’s neck while the child struggles and cries. Schnell was released from custody as she awaits trial.
