Bear Flag is a startup that focuses on developing autonomous driving technology for existing machines. The deal will help accelerate Deere’s strategy to create smarter machines with advanced technology. Deere and Bear Flag began collaborating on a small scale in 2019. Bear Flag is based in Silicon Valley and will stay there after the acquisition.
