The City of Denver is under a Snow Emergency Wednesday morning. All vehicles and trailers need to be removed from city streets so that snow plows can do their job more efficiently. Those that fail to remove their vehicles are at risk of a $25 fine. The Snow Emergency will last until noon today. Janesville is also under a Snow Emergency. Theirs will last until 4 this afternoon.
