The Waverly Bark Park will be closed Wednesday for chemical spraying and mowing to take place, weather permitting. Weed control spraying will be done along the fence line and the prairie areas within the park will be mowed down to help control weeds. The park will close at 7:30 a.m. Wednesday and will remain closed for 24 hours after spraying has been completed. The City says they apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate residents’ cooperation as they work to maintain a safe and healthy environment for park users and their pets.
