A driver in Waterloo was arrested after leaving the scene of a crash on Highway 218 Sunday, according to KWWL. The man, whose name has not been released, was involved in collision near George Wyth State Park around 3 pm. He then tried to leave the scene of the crash, but police followed him. He did not get far, stopping at the intersection of 218 and 11th Street. He faces several charges stemming from the crash and the chase.
