A Waterloo man has been arrested on drug charges after running from a traffic stop, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. Deputies from the Black Hawk County Sheriff’s Office attempted to pull over a Buick LaSabre with no license plate just before 4:00 on Friday afternoon. The LaSabre led deputies to a dead end near Mulberry and Nevada Streets before the occupants ran. Deputies located 35 year old Antonio Evans and his bag nearby. Inside the bag they found multiple bags of marijuana, 90 grams of methamphetamine, 165 grams of crack cocaine, and 42 ecstasy pills. Evans has been charged with Possession of Ecstasy with Intent to Deliver, Possession of Crack Cocaine with Intent to Deliver, Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Deliver, Possession of Meth with Intent to Deliver, and Violation of the Drug Tax Stamp Act.
