A Fredericksburg woman has been arrested following a drug bust at a home in Hawkeye early Wednesday morning. The Fayette County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at a home on Wilbur Street in Hawkeye at around 1:15. During the execution of the warrant they allegedly found distribution amounts of methamphetamine and marijuana. Two people were arrested at the home, including 53 year old Gail Williams of Fredericksburg. She was charged with Possession With Intent to Deliver Meth, Possession With Intent to Deliver Marijuana, two counts of Failure to Affix a Drug Tax Stamp, Gathering Where Meth is Being Used, Gathering Where Marijuana is Being Used, two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. 63 year old Scott Zell of Hawkeye was also arrested and charged with the same crimes. Both were taken to the Fayette County Jail.
