Clarksville Police initiated a routine traffic stop on two vehicles at the same time in the Casey’s parking lot Wednesday. They found that the driver of the first vehicle, 24 year old Robert Frazer of Charles City, had been driving while barred for being a habitual offender. He was also found to have a warrant out for his arrest out of Floyd County for being in possession of more than 5 grams of methamphetamine. He was placed in the Floyd County Jail on $25,000 bond. The second driver, identified as Jordan Kellogg of Ionia, was taken into custody for no driver’s license and was investigated for being under the influence of dangerous drugs. Police found a glass pipe containing methamphetamine. While at the Police Station a baggie of meth and a glass pipe were found on Kellogg. He has been charged with tampering with evidence. The entire incident remains under investigation at this time.
