Drug charges against a Fredericksburg man and a Charles City woman have been dropped due to insufficient admissible evidence, according to KIMT. 26 year old Blake Steege was facing a charge of Possession with Intent to Deliver Meth while 39 year old Valerie Frascht was facing that same charge along with a charge of Possession of Marijuana. The charges were levied after the two were found in a a Charles City home on February 9th where over 76 grams of meth and 36 grams of marijuana were found.
