The City of Waverly is reminding the public that the Duck Pond and Three Rivers Park next to Waverly Utilities are still closed as construction on the new boat ramp and paving the parking lot continues. They say for everyone’s safety and to keep the construction area clear, do not enter the pond area through the Waverly Utilities parking lot or go around the barricades at the north entrance. The park and pond will remain closed until construction is complete and the barricades have been removed.
