A Cedar Falls employee has been arrested for operating a city vehicle while intoxicated over the weekend. Thomas Hallman was arrested around 7:00 Sunday night as he was allegedly operating a snow plow while intoxicated. It is unclear what led up to the arrest of Hallman. The City says they are taking immediate and appropriate action regarding the event although it is unclear what action is being taken.
