East Bremer Avenue will be totally closed overnight beginning at 7:00 p.m. Thursday, July 12 for the new water main crossing at 8th Street, due to unforeseen rock excavation. The detour route will be on 9th Street SE and 1st Avenue SE. East Bremer is anticipated to be reopened by Friday afternoon.
