Waterloo Police responded to a call of shots fired Sunday evening, according to KWWL. Police were called to the 900 block of West Mullan Street around 7:00 p.m. When they arrived they found a man suffering from a gun shot wound to his abdomen. He was taken to the hospital for treatment of injuries not thought to be life threatening. No suspects have been announced but police say there is no threat to the public at this time. The investigation is still ongoing.
