An Evansdale man has been sentenced to prison time after sexually abusing an eight year old girl, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 59 year old Randy Lacy lured the girl to his home to play with kittens in September of 2021. Once she was inside he took off her pants and photographed her genitalia. He then asked her to urinate into his mouth. The girl’s family found out about the incident and went to police. During the investigation police found another woman who Lacy had asked to do similar things. The abuse happened while Lacy had disappeared from supervision while awaiting trial on an unrelated Domestic Abuse charge. On Monday he was sentenced to two consecutive 10 year prison terms. He will also have to register as a sex offender after prison.
