The Fairbank Aquatic Center has announced new rules to deal with unruly patrons. Any person asked to leave the aquatic center for bad behavior will not be allowed back in that day or the next day that the center is open. If that person is a minor they will also need to complete a form which will include a signature from a parent or custodial care giver. The aquatic center says they setting these rules in place in the name of good behavior, kindness, and safety. This comes after The Falls in Cedar Falls had to administer stronger rules to deal with fighting and other bad behavior at their facility.
