Waterloo police say they are investigating an armed robbery that happened around 9:00 Thursday night. They say two robbers entered the Family Dollar at 1120 Franklin Street in Waterloo. Officers confirmed that the robbers did have a gun. No one was injured in the robbery. Police are not releasing details at this time about what was stolen. They are continuing to investigate.
