The Iowa State Patrol says a woman died after her SUV was hit by a semi truck. Authorities say 47-year-old Tamara Miller-Fuller, of Hazleton, was traveling east when another driver, 52-year-old Perry Klosterman, of Strawberry Point, was heading north in a semi on Mason Avenue. Both vehicles collided and ended up in a ditch. Miller-Fuller died. She was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the accident. Klosterman was not injured.
