One person was killed in a crash in Black Hawk County that we told you about Wednesday. Deputies were called to an area of Hawkeye Road on Tuesday afternoon around 3:30. When they arrived on scene they determined a vehicle traveling northbound, driven by 22 year old Emma Faust, of Waterloo, crossed the center line and collided head on with a vehicle traveling southbound, driven by Andrea Woehlk, of Dysart. Both drivers were taken to the hospital with serious injuries. Woehlk has now died of her injuries. Faust is still receiving treatment for her injuries. The investigation into the crash is still ongoing.
