The two people who died in a head on collision in Hardin County on Monday afternoon have now been identified, including one from Waterloo. A Ford Edge driven by Tevin Williams, of Paris, Texas, was traveling northbound on county road D15 while a box truck driven by 74 year old Steven Kramer, of Waterloo, was headed southbound. The two vehicles collided head on around 3:45 Monday afternoon. The drivers of both vehicles were killed in the crash. The accident remains under investigation at this time.
