A Waterloo man has died after crashing his UTV Monday afternoon. The Iowa State Patrol says 66 year old Scott Reynolds was driving southbound just north of 4505 Crane Creek Road when he went off the roadway into a ditch and rolled, with the UTV coming to rest on the driver’s side before catching on fire. Reynolds was pronounced dead at the scene.
