A Waterloo man caught with half a pound of methamphetamine during a traffic stop in Cerro Gordo County now faces federal charges, according to KIMT. 60 year old Gary Winters Jr. was pulled over on August 24th. He was charged with Intent to Deliver Meth and Possession of Marijuana-1st offense. Winters has now been indicted in federal court on charges of Conspiracy to Distribute Meth and Possession With Intent to Distribute Meth. Another man, Bradley Winters has also been charged in federal court with Conspiracy to Distribute Meth and two counts of Possession With Intent to Distribute Meth.
