President Donald Trump has issued a presidential disaster declaration for seven Iowa counties that severe weather damaged last month. Those include Allamakee, Bremer, Buchanan, Chickasaw, Clayton, Fayette and Mitchell.Places like McGregor where an E-F-1 tornado hit or Volga where evacuations were under way for flooding. The declaration means federal funding will help with help recovery efforts up to $7 million dollars.
