Iowa Coach Kirk Ferentz is preparing to battle an unlikely off-season opponent: his next-door neighbors. Trial is scheduled next month in a lawsuit that pits Ferentz and his wife against the three other families who live along their private road outside Iowa City. A judge is expected to decide whether the Ferentzes have breached a 2001 legal agreement and trespassed by planting trees that encroach onto Saddle Club Road.
