Authorities are investigating after a car was found on fire at a construction site in Waterloo, early Christmas morning, according to KWWL. Firefighters were called to the construction site near Magnolia Parkway and Rock Island Avenue around 4:45 a.m. They found the vehicle fully engulfed in flames with nobody inside but the driver’s side door open. A neighbor reported hearing a deep boom followed by several pops.
