The Cedar Falls Fire and Rescue responded to the University of Northern Iowa athletic facility Thursday morning but the reason why remains in question, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. A now deleted post on Twitter asked for thoughts and prayers for the football program. The football program was going through strength and conditioning drills at the time. Adam Amdor, assistant director of communications for UNI confirmed that fire and rescue was there but refused to share any other details.
