A fire in Raymond has claimed one families home, according to KWWL. Raymond firefighters responded to the 200 block of Landmark Drive where they found the house aflame. According to Evansdale Fire Chief Ryan Phillips, nobody was home at the time of the fire. Heavy smoke, fire, and water damage led to the house being deemed a total loss. Firefighters from Gilbertville and Evansdale also responded to the fire. The cause of the fire is still being investigated at this time.
