Fireworks can legally be discharged in Waverly beginning Thursday. From June 25th to July 8th fireworks can legally be discharged during these hours: Sunday through Thursday from noon to 10:00 pm, Friday and Saturday from noon to 11:00 p.m. and on the 4th of July from noon to 11:00 p.m. The city of Waverly asks that you be respectful to your neighbors while celebrating. Please be safe and have consideration for others as you celebrate the 4th of July.
