The Waverly City Council will meet Monday night at 7:00 over Zoom for its monthly study session.
Mayor Adam Hoffman shared what’s being discussed.
The mayor personally conducted an online survey about the ordinance. Hoffman says he got a variety of results but one opinion was the most frequent.
Currently the city of Waverly ordinance mirrors the Iowa law.
