Cedar Falls Police and Fire were called to an accident on the First Street Bridge just two hours into the new year. A Chevrolet Cruze allegedly rear-ended a Mazda MZ3. Both vehicles were occupied by just the driver. Both suffered injuries not believed to be life threatening. Both vehicles were towed from the scene. The names of the drivers were not released. The investigation is ongoing at this time.
