Several roads in Bremer County are closed due to flooding. The 1900 block of Tara Avenue is closed as is the 1900 block of Sable Avenue, both of those in the eastern portion of the county. Timber Avenue in the southeastern portion of the county between Readlyn and Oran is closed from 230th Street and 250th Street. Two roads in Chickasaw County, near Fredericksburg, are also closed due to flooding. 290th Street between Newell and Odessa Avenues is closed as well as Ridgeway Avenue south of 260th Street, just north of Fredericksburg. Finally Ford Road and Maxfield Road from West Cedar Wapsi Road to Waverly Road in Black Hawk County are also closed due to flooding.
