A flyover planned by University of Iowa has been postponed to Wednesday. Flyovers will take place over Unity Point in Oelwein around 1:00, over the Waverly Health Center from 1:30-1:35 and over the Unity Point facilities in Cedar Falls and Waterloo from 1:45-2:00.
