Former Deputy Sued for Asking a Woman to Flash Him

A lawsuit has been filed against a former Buchanan County Sheriff’s Deputy from Fairbank who asked a woman he had pulled over to show him her breasts in February, according to KWWL. Klint Bentley pleaded guilty to misdemeanor Misconduct in Office. He was sentenced to 350 days in jail but that was suspended to 15 days. In the lawsuit the victim says she was petrified after the incident that Bentley may rape her or even kill her. The victim has provided text messages that allegedly show that Bentley was relentless in his pursuit of pictures of the woman’s private parts. The victim never sent any pictures but Bentley did send her explicit photos. The woman’s attorney says Bentley has a history of being inappropriate with with women he had pulled over.
