A former professor at the University of Northern Iowa is facing felony rape charges in Arkansas. 77-year-old John Longnecker, who now lives in Arkansas, is being held on a $150,000 bond. He’s charged with two counts of Felony Rape and four counts of Second Degree Sexual Abuse.
