Four teenagers have been arrested for allegedly robbing people outside a smoke shop in Waterloo on Tuesday afternoon, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 18 year old Ja’zavion Talbert, 18 year old Tyre Kelly-Theroith, a 17 year old, and a 15 year old were all arrested and charged with Robbery, the 18 year olds as adults, the others in juvenile court. Police say the four teens robbed the occupants of a vehicle parked outside Vape Time Smoke Shop shortly before 1:30 Tuesday afternoon. One of the suspects allegedly jumped into the backseat and displayed a gun while another opened the driver’s door. The teens allegedly took a wallet and a watch before fleeing. Police followed to the alleged getaway car and were able to take all four into custody.
