Fox Ridge Golf Course Closing

The owner of Fox Ridge Public Golf Course in Dike has announced its closure. Posts on Facebook say that the closure is a direct result of the reduction of 2026 Season Pass sales and income. Last year the course sold 92 passes, which brought in $201,000. So far this year they have sold just 18 passes. Fox Ridge will be sold in two different sales; one for the business and one for the property. The business is being listed for $700,000 while parcels of land are being offered for sale to investors under a plan where the course would pay the new owners 6% rent with an annual increase over 10 years. The parcels total 172 acres and include the clubhouse, driving range, maintenance and storage lots and vacant land for a list price of $5.952 million. Fox Ridge opened in 1999 with 9 holes and expanded in the early 2000s.
