A Fredericksburg man has been arrested for having sex with a teenager inside a dilapidated Waterloo school, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. Police were called to Longfellow Elementary School in March of 2018 on a report of a burglary. When they arrived they witnessed then 21 year old Theron Fuller and a 14 year old girl running from the school. A further investigation found that the two had exchanged texts and Facebook messages indicating they were having a sexual relationship. Investigators found DNA inside the school, which was vacant at the time, implicating Fuller. He was arrested in Janesville on Sunday on a charge of third degree Sexual Abuse. His bond was set at $15,000.
