A Freeze Warning has been issued for much of the state Tuesday morning. Sub-freezing temperatures are expected from 1:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. Tuesday which could damage or kill vegetation and could damage outdoor plumbing. Citizens are encouraged to protect plants from the cold. Outdoor water pipes should be wrapped, drained, or allowed to drip slowly. In-ground sprinkler systems should be drained and above ground pipes should be covered.
