Golf cart registration in Janesville is now open. Those that are renewing their registration just need to bring the fee and a current copy of their insurance to Janesville City Hall by April 30th. Those that are registering for the first time will need to fill out an application and have their cart inspected to make sure it meets city safety requirements. That can also be done at City Hall during regular business hours.
