The City of Waverly has announced that their offices, including the Recycling Center will be closed on Friday in observance of Good Friday. Friday’s garbage and recycling will be collected on Thursday. Garbage and recycling carts should be to the curb by 7:00 a.m. Thursday. The Recycling Center and Yard Waste Site will reopen on Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
